Cancellation & Refund

You can cancel bridal bouquets orders not later than 72 business hours prior to the requested delivery date. In those circumstances, a full refund will be given. We cannot accept cancellations for Next Day or Same Day orders. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
Please understand that due to the perishable nature of flowers, we are unable to accept returns on these products.

If the flowers do not meet our own high standards, we will give you the choice of a free replacement at our next available delivery date, or a refund. Please note that you will need to send us a photo of the poor quality or damaged flowers within 12 hours of receipt in order to be eligible for a refund or replacement. 

Due to flowers seasonal availability, Fleur Du Desert Trading keeps the right to replace the flowers in your selected bouquet with the flowers of same or greater value depending on availability. We always try our best to accommodate your requests, however, flower supply is out of our control and is in the hands of nature, therefore we cannot guarantee exact availability of particular flower. We will always contact you to confirm the replacement of flower and offer you all the available options.
